Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Null Software (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and play our games. We aim to collect as little as possible and to be clear about what we do.

1. Information we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us. When you use our support form, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message so we can respond. We do not sell your personal information.

2. How we use information

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiries, provide support, and improve our Services. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

3. Cookies and analytics

This site aims to function without unnecessary tracking. If we introduce analytics or cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

4. Mobile apps and games

When you play our games, we use Unity Gaming Services (Unity Cloud) to operate and improve them. Through Unity Analytics, we automatically collect gameplay and device information — such as device type and model, operating system, unique device identifiers, approximate region, and in-game events — to understand how our games are played and to fix problems.

If a game offers in-app purchases, those transactions are handled through Unity’s In-App Purchasing service together with the relevant app store (such as Google Play or the App Store). We receive confirmation that a purchase was made, but we do not collect or store your payment card details.

We do not sell this data. Because these features are provided by Unity, your gameplay data is also processed by Unity in accordance with the Unity Privacy Policy.

5. Data sharing

We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate the Services (for example, an email-delivery provider for support messages). These providers are bound to use your information only to perform services on our behalf.

6. Data retention

We keep support messages only as long as needed to address your request and for reasonable record-keeping, after which they are deleted.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To make a request, contact us at the address below.
